The Mariposas Women’s Collective (MWC) was founded by a group of Round Lake High School (RLHS) alumni in spring of 2021 with the goal of exposing RLHS students to post-secondary opportunities and resources. During the first year, the MWC focused on establishing a scholarship fund through grassroots fundraising and collaborating with local businesses. The group highlights alumni and their varied career journeys in hopes of inspiring students to pursue higher education and explore different career fields.
